I had a deeply disappointing experience at Hair Sense and would not recommend this salon to anyone. The stylist was unprofessional, taking multiple phone calls and stepping away to check on other clients during my appointment, which made me feel completely ignored. The entire wash, cut, and blow dry took less than 30 minutes, rushed and lacking any attention to detail. Diane is the only person who touches my hair. Always a great look. If i want to do something with my hair that will be a total disaster she has no problem letting me know how unhappy I'd be.
