I was having a hard time finding a good salon that would understand the hair color I wanted until I found Belle Toi, specifically Hannah. I heard she was the blonde expert, so I wanted to give it a try. She took the time to understand my needs and did a spectacular job. I love my new hair color and it doesn’t look orange anymore.

I have been going to Hannah since she first started. She is knowledgeable, always learning the lastest techniques, and is so so talented as a lived in blonding specialist. Highly recommend

Shantel is a wonderful stylist! She listens to my worries and helps me figure out the hair styles I’m trying to go for when I’m still not 100% what I want! Would absolutely recommend!

Shantel was amazing! Understood my concerns & skillfully addressed my hair's needs, I'm very grateful to have found her! The salon is welcoming, elegant, very clean & Fun! The owner has his pulse tuned in to our needs Bravo!
