I've been going to many different salons for the past 10 years. Fortunately I found Gerthrud, she is very kind, passionate, really knowledgeable and a good hair design counsellor. She does an amazing job. The atmosphere is relaxing and chill. Thank you again. I'll be back for sure ❤

I booked an appointment online and nobody confirmed. Their phone number is not working. There is 2 locations in their website, the one in Vancouver and the one is in Surrey. So I went to Surrey location, I didn’t see any hair salon. Probably they offer hair services at home. I’m afraid that when I go to Vancouver and they might say they only accept appointment or something like that. So I decided to give up on this hair salon. Waste of my time and energy

Knows exactly what I wanted and you don't need to run home to take a shower right after. Free wash with every haircut. The best place iv been to in years. Don't go anywhere else.
