This was my first time at this salon. Karina was amazing! She has the best personality and walked me through each step of my first curly cut. The person and the front desk was nice but a bit pushy on buying hair products. I will definitely be back to see Karina!!

if i could give zero stars i would. did my hair. they messed it up not only once but twice by the MANAGER!! all i wanted was to get rid on the orange tone and made my hair back to brunette! she clearly saw i was upset and offered me to come back for more bleaching which would damage my hair more! if this lady is the manager how does she do such a bad job.

UPDATE: It is four months later and my hair has STILL not recovered. I still have to wear extensions in the front of my hair to hide the botched parts. Also, no other hair colorist will touch my hair because of how damaged it still is. I am so disappointed! I don't often write reviews but I would like to save anyone else from having an awful experience. this salon is my ultimate favorite out of all that I have been to locally. Been coming here for a little over 2 years. As a curly head girl, they have handled my hair with care. Citlalli, Debbie, & Karina are awesome stylists that I have had the pleasure of getting my hair done by or have seen their work!!! Everyone in the salon is professional & kind, thank you
