Had my first head spa with Haruka today and completely blown away by how relaxing and comforting it could be. I booked the headspa30. She was very professional, showed me a before&after of my scalp recommending products, and a new routine. The head massage was very thorough and she applied the perfect amount of pressure. Surprisingly, one of my favourite parts was the warmth from the hot towels near the end - felt like a warm hug. I had such a lovely experience here with the top senior stylist Shoko. I received the Japanese head spa treatment. Shoko did such an amazing job describing my hair and skin type as well as giving me great advice on how to care for my scalp. It was a relaxing experience. At the end of the appointment, she even made sure to dry my hair and style it nicely. The staff are kind and welcoming and the service is professional. I highly recommend this spa/salon!

I wish there was a negative rating for this place it's a total rip off place. They will charge you 160$ for 40 mins and in name of hair spa do shampooing and condition toning without any blw dry. They say they do massage, but all they do is put shampoo and touch 2 points in your head in name of Japanese spa. I feel utterly cheated. When I expressed this to salon team i was being told this is their style and that's how Japanese spa is. If any one has extra money jus donate rather than Givin it to them and feel cheated

I recently had a 60 min Head Spa with Haruka which was amazing - super relaxing, and she showed me my scalp before and after...there was definitely a big difference! With a convenient location, friendly staff and a clean and colourful salon, I will visit again!
