The spa did a mediocre job on pedicures for the price they charge and service in the restaurant was slow.
Front desk staff is lazy and rude! Donald Trump would have them fired!

Check in was easy and Kaila at the front desk was so nice! Dinner at the Fountain Grille was delicious our waiter was very nice and made up his own drink (fruity and delicious). Our room was very nice
great place for family vacations
Get a harbor view room with balcony. Views of Safety Harbor are fantastic. Spa packages are priced reasonably. Pool, sauna and jacuzzi could be renovated.
The spa is a little out dated, and the robes and slippers could be nicer, but the service and amenities are nice.
