I thought I found a place to do my hair!!! Went 2 times just did blow out with owner's it was good. Went to my appointment on 11/8 to do my roots dyed and it was a disaster!!!! She asked me if I wanted the same color (blonde) I said yes. They do your hair with yr back to the mirror. After rinse I saw that my roots were a brown, then she said once dry it will be lighter !!! I made an appointment four days early for 4:30 and when I arrived i was told they were closed but they were in there doing god knows what and don’t pick up the phone at all
