I think not! When a business treats me like they are doing me a favor, then I don't patronize that business. This is very difficult for me to write as I was very excited to visit Mychael Michelle for color and a press. On July 8th, I set my appointment for August 22nd. On Aug 21st I contacted her on Instagram and was told the salon is closed on the 22nd. No apology or anything even after I told her the system sent me a reminder to show up.
