Hair Restoration Institue (HRI) used to be a reputable, customer focused company, prior to the change in ownership and Covid outbreak. They now claim their suppliers have been, and continue to be, impacted by Covid, which is understandable. However, when you are unable to get hair systems in to service your current client base it seems very irresponsible and unethical to be trying to recruit new clients. The doctors at HRI are very knowledgeable, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. This is THE place to go to in the region for hair loss at any age. They are the only multi-therapeutic clinic in the area, meaning that they have multiple potential treatment options and therapies they can customize to make sure that you achieve the hair you want. I can’t say enough about this company. I was so nervous to get this procedure done but with the confidence shown by “Rowdy” and their staff, all my worries were put to rest! The staff was extremely friendly and personable. My comfort was their number one concern right along with doing a great job to get the best results. I went in for my free consultation with Vern and he was really friendly and made sure my options met my expectations. He diagnose my scalp and educated me in what system was best for me.
