I tried calling for a week to talk to someone about getting my hair done. No one ever answered. I even left a message. I guess business is that wonderful that they don't need more clients. 🤷♀️
Mrs Dee was great, very polite, efficient, and will answer all of your questions. I used to have to travel over 2 hrs for a retightening, but Mrs Dee will be my new loctician.

She never showed up. She also ignored my follow up texts to ask if she was still coming. The salon was closing, and she still hadn't texted or called me, so I left. I was hoping to be a new regular customer, but this was the unprofessional treatment I was given for my first appointment. I'm disappointed. Taking my business elsewhere.
