I had a terrible experience. I know hair grows out but I left with tears. No communication and my chair was turned away from the mirror. My advice to all of you out there trying a new salon, ask a million questions and be involved even if the hairdresser isn’t. And stay with the stylist you know and like, even if it’s a 4 hr drive.

I went to hair razor for a nose piercing. I was told I had to be pierced with a circular piercing. This caused an infection, which then eventually led to the piercing being removed and re-pierced by someone else. When I got it re-pierced I was told that a circular nose ring should not be used in the piercing process. A stud should be used then switched out when healed. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to get me in within 3hrs. When I showed up early she was already standing by the chair all ready for me to start. Darcie is the one who cut my hair and I've always been picky about who does my hair and she did a very good job. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely continue to go there.
