Very upsetting. Asked them to dye some grown out blonde highlights ash brown for my daughter. Requested they leave the natural dark brown grown out roots alone. Said our only request is no orange, red or yellow must be ash cool shade. They proceeded to dye all her roots with some purple stuff that turned all her roots orange. They took 3 hours to dye some highlights brown and made a crazy mess. They pretended it's a multi step process but were arguing in their own language bc you could see her turning orange almost instantly... read more

I had an awful experience at Hair Queen. From start to finish, the woman working there was mean, unwelcoming, and rude. Customer service matters, and there is no reason to treat paying customers like this. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.

I went in for a perm which turned out great, but when it settled in I noticed it some parts that were too straight. They were polite, courteous, and did not hesitate when I requested a touch up. They didn't charge me for returning, even when I took so much of their time. Really amazing service.
