I went in for a perm which turned out great, but when it settled in I noticed it some parts that were too straight. They were polite, courteous, and did not hesitate when I requested a touch up. They didn't charge me for returning, even when I took so much of their time. Really amazing service.
Randomly came in to fix some brassed out highlights. Got my base back to it's natural brown and some cool dusty purple toner over the highlights! They were patient with me and adjusted the tones as we went. Super happy! Definitely coming back :)
Sam at the Hair Queen has mastered his craft. When I sit down in Sam’s chair, and he opens his tool box of scissors, I have the utmost confidence that I will be leaving his firm looking my best. Vicky made the best haircut I've ever had - looks great and easy to manage. The haircut I got from other salons started to mess up after one month. However, the one Vicky made for me remains in great style and shape for months. She even noticed the changes in my hair quality. Definitely worth every penny.
