I went to get a hair cut and took an appointment with Jenny she sounded welcoming at first but later she thought I am been sent by someone to get keratin treatment which I clearly never mentioned at the time of taking appointment, that itself was very confusing she repeated this question 3 times and I have to clarify I never asked for keratin over the phone just a haircut, later she asked her assistant to wash my hair, once I asked her if I can take a before and after picture of my hair for my socials she was so rude as hell... read more
