I was there when this incident happened, and I saw everything from start to finish. The way this woman describes things in her review is far from what really happened. She walked in and almost immediately started putting on an exaggerated “crying” act, accusing the barber of things he hadn’t even done yet, disrespecting him, and calling him names. Last two times I came here the stylist butchered my hair. Never again they used to be good but now they don’t care about their clients and rush the cut.
What can I say? ISN'T THAT PERFECTION? Sam, the guy that took care of my hair is very confident and experienced, he made look complicated stuff, very simple and elegant. I'm very pleased with the results, that I cannot even believe it! My hair were burned, tiny and "tired", but he brought them to LIFE! THEY MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE IN ME, AND IF YOU NEED A NEW HAIR STYLIST SHOULD COME TOO!!!!!
