Unimpressive and unfriendly service for our 2-year old son. The haircut came out fine, but the place didn’t seem child-friendly whatsoever. When I called to make an appointment, I was assured they had experience with kids. When we brought our son, the greeting and first impression left a bad taste in our mouth and set the tone. The front desk associate showed no interest or enthusiasm to welcome our son for the first time and make him feel comfortable. What can I say? I’ve been going to Hairplus for at least four years now. Barbara continues to be pleasant and happy. She continues to do a wonderful job on my color cut and highlights. I highly recommend her, but she is in demand so do plan ahead.
Nancy is rude and needs to be trained on customer service skills. Highly disappointed in her attitude toward customers who pay her salary.
