Upon entering the store NO ONE spoke or greeted me. They looked at me as if I had stole something. I can only assume that this was because I clearly walked in with a bag in need to make a return/exchange. I went to return an unopened bag of hair that I purchased 6 days ago. There receipt clearly says No refunds, no exchange return or unopened items within 7 days. Thinking I am abiding by their policy...when I proceed to the register the lady(not sure if she is asian or japanese) immediately gave me a not so nice stare. I pol... read more
