would not recommend.. have had cuts from matthew and kay and for both of them its been bad experiences. chances are they will ignore your instructions or reference photo and chop off all your hair as they are in a rush since they seem to always be behind schedule and working with multiple clients at the same time
Matthew was my barber and was good. I made the appointment online easily. He was efficient, attentive and gave me the cut I was looking for.
Best place in waterloo by far, gone about 5 times now, very happy with every single result, especially good scissorwork for those with medium-longer hair - I reccomend Kay
I had been looking for a few years, for a stylist who was capable of giving me the haircut I wanted. I had been to several stylists, but they never achieved the style I wanted, even after showing them pictures. I did more reading and found that the hairstyle I wanted is common in Korean culture, and is sometimes referred to as a "Korean mullet".
