I was going to the Hair Pavilion for years and I recently stopped going. When Cheryl, the owner, opened her store, the store was immaculate!! Additionally, it was easy to get an appointment with Cheryl herself. Now, it is so difficult to get an appointment with Cheryl for a simple haircut. Her schedule is more limited than before. And the shop is filthy. Gone are the days of clean floors, no dust in the corners, etc. There are layers of filth in every corner.
