I've gone to this place twice. First time I went, the stylist didn't really give me what I wanted, but it ended up being cute so I didn't really complain. THIS time however, I got a different person. I showed her a picture of EXACTLY how I wanted it cut and styled. She cut it way shorter than I wanted, and the back of my head looks like it was cut with a weed-eater and she didn't even style it the way I wanted, instead of tousling it and giving it pretty waves she straightened it and cut my bangs too short.
