Horrible would be an understatement. For someone to leave your salon, not only with their hair incomplete like literally incomplete! Before coming to an internet to bash you, someone literally got their composure together to come back minutes later to tell you honestly and respectfully that they’re VERY UNHAPPY. No real/ fair solution was offered. The expectation was wand curls, the salon didn’t own a wand curler or basic curling iron. I was very impressed, very nice and friendly, clean environment, Deidre treated me like she knows me for a long time, answered all my questions and gave me some valuable suggestions and a very nice haircut. Thank you Deidre.
She provides good service but her trims are not at all trims as she does not properly cut off what needs to be taken off she only cuts the perimeter and when taking off dead ends you have to go in to get off all the dead ends for the hairs healthy state. (I am very much aware of what it takes to successfully deliver a trim and if you consider a trim around the perimeter but not the area that wouldn't be considered meeting the standards but my review is there to leave insight from what was my experience and that was what I re... read more
