Annemarie lacked professionalism on my appointment. From the moment I entered, she lacked the hospitable demeanor rendered in the service industry. I carried my jacket and purse around the whole appointment because she failed to mention and show me where I could hang my items. As a new client, I was completely turned off by her boastful attitude she spent the whole appointment bragging about her life and her daughters. Made no note to ask about my life. She asked for me to show at 2pm and didn't start my hair till almost 3pm... read more
