I really am happy that I found Ella! She brings a Welcoming energy whenever I come in. Would give 6 Stars but can only give 5. For a long time I was hesitant & nervous about electrolysis. Ella is also a very caring, considerate person & makes sure that you feel comfortable! She always asks “if I am ok” or “if I have any questions” and makes sure you feel ok. She did an excellent job with my underarms and I will definitely come to do other areas!!

Ella is truly amazing at what she does. She’s incredibly skilled in electrolysis and always makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. She checks in often to see if the temperature is okay, offers a pillow for any pain or discomfort, and makes your comfort and experience her top priority.
