Got a haircut here and the new girl cut it way too short and I told her to keep it long . She didn't listen to a word I said.

The people were kind and the place was fine. But my experience was not. I requested my hair be cut to my breasts (I placed my hands at my breasts and said to here) with layers added. My hair now ends just below my shoulders, which is close to SIX inches shorter than requested. I told the girl that it had been three years since my last haircut and that I needed a slow transition.
