I was a client of Pam Fields (License #42205), owner of the Hair & Nail Casino Salon in La Habra CA for almost 2 years. On July 31, 2021 I had an appointment for a perm. What I got was a very bad chemical burn on the back of my neck. Pam never mentioned this to me and there is no way she could’ve NOT seen this as she is working from the back of my head the entire time and my hair is short enough to see it.
