I would not recommend. I booked an appointment with Ebonea to get my daughter’s hair braided for her 4th birthday. Booking was easy — unfortunately, that was the only easy part. The day of the appointment, Ebonea called me about an hour or two beforehand to say she had texted (which I hadn’t seen) asking for a photo of the style I wanted and the bead colors. We are soo happy we found this hairdresser. EBONA has been a lifesaver. She did my daughter shair a month ago and we loved how creative, loving and fast she did her hair. My daughter wanted a purple flower in her head and Ebona out done herself. We loved how clean and professional she is. Her place is clean and she has a warm welcoming atmosphere. Going into the shop knowing what you want(locs) but not know or trusting the process…Ebonea knew what size, the dos and dont’s of maintaining the hairstyle. 4 months in and living the process.
Great experience with Ebonea. She detangled and blew out my daughter’s hair without any pain or complaints. This was a relief given prior experience. Her box braids look great. Ebonea gave a lot of helpful tips and advice for proper care and maintenance of her braids and natural wear. Will return!
Was losing hope looking for a salon that would do hair right with sensible pricing. Then came across this small shop that was filled with laughs and endless conversations.. for the short time I was there.. this touched home for me. If I could give more stars I would.. One of the best hair experiences I’ve had in a long time 🤞🏾
