I'm replying to Hairmasters owner's comment that put that they don't have a GLORIA in that location nor do they have "proof" that I was ever there. I'm the mother, I took my son, you can check your electronic pad that you make the clients check in and put their name and phone number, I was in fact there, under the name JERRY RANGEL because that is my son's name. DO NOT go to hairmasters at this location unless you want a bad haircut and 2nd hand smoke exposure. Opening the door I knew I should have left JUST BY THE HORRIBLE SMELL OF CIGARETTES&PERFUME but my son needed a haircut for school tomorrow & I regret trusting this lady named GLORIA, who I did ask BEFOREHAND if she knew how to do a MID FADE with 2 on the top and 0 on the bottom & the box, She said "YES." Gloria was amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted for my grandson and made it happen perfectly. He looked great, and we both left so happy. Highly recommend her!
