5 stars isn't enough. I needed a a new stylist, which is so scary. I took the leap with Betty and I couldn't be happier. She gave me a fantastic cut. She expertly thinned my hair and framed my face. I feel fantastic. i haven't felt this good about my hair in a long while. The salon is cute and clean and everyone was very friendly. I immediately scheduled my next cut.
I am a snowbird and was looking for a place to do a root touchup and found this salon, which is a gem! Betty matched my color perfectly, and I left her salon, loving my hair! Thank you Betty!
Horrible experience. She was unable to do what I wanted but insisted she did. 7 VERY uncomfortable hours later my hair was rust colored and fried. Literally melting off as she combed it. They charged me $200 and refused to do a refund offering only to try to fix it AGAIN. There was many other issues I’m too upset to talk about. My hair is ruined for my interview and vacation.
Very clean, roomy place. Friendly staff.
