I'm very disappointed with my experience and truly wish I could give zero stars. I booked a blowout with Suzanna for a special event I had in the evening. Unfortunately, the result was far from what I expected. Although Suzanna was polite and kind, the service itself was not satisfactory: My hair was not washed properly, which is essential for a good blowout.
