Sam the hairdresser was lovely. She took my daughters long hair to a mid bob with skill and care. The haircut looked amazing when she had finished.
Today I went in to do my colour for my roots and this Amazing girl Sammy did a beautiful job, very gentle and friendly my colour came out really nice. Then Georgia washed my hair and gave me a massage on my head was very relaxing then did a dry off and my hair turned out beautiful and soft. Georgia is very good and did excellent job Fiona has a very good people who work there and do an amazing job and I saw the lovely Amy. Hair Machine is the best You all deserve more than 5 stars I will be back thanks girls

I had a haircut here yesterday, and I'm honestly devastated. I showed a photo of a previous haircut I really liked, but the result I received was completely different—and unfortunately, quite terrible. My hair now looks extremely thin and unhealthy, almost as if I’ve lost half of it. It's impossible to style, and instead of a proper hairstyle, I’m left with a fluffy, unmanageable mess. Absolute rip off!! Went in this morning with shoulder length freshly washed and blow dried hair 80% straight. Asked for straightening with the hot iron, was there for 15mins and was charged $70! Honestly….
