I had a haircut here yesterday, and I'm honestly devastated. I showed a photo of a previous haircut I really liked, but the result I received was completely different—and unfortunately, quite terrible. Absolute rip off!! Went in this morning with shoulder length freshly washed and blow dried hair 80% straight. Asked for straightening with the hot iron, was there for 15mins and was charged $70! Honestly….
I have been a long time customer at hair machine, they’re always so lovely and accomodating. They will actually call you if they have an opening! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
