I called here to get my hair colored because it’s been a long time. I just did not want to be placed with a new stylist. The lady on the phone told me that all they have is new people and anybody experienced just don’t have the time. Then why go ask if they don’t have the time I mean I can wait to whatever day I would be scheduled. Why would she say she’s gonna go check with them? I was then told I could call another salon. I love going to the hair loft, Ms. Emma always greets you with the kindest smile! She actually listens to your ideas & what you want done. She make feel like I can conquer the world everything in it! Thanks again Ms. Emma!

Not impressed. I had a hair cut and style. I told the stylist that I was unsure of my bangs, she told me to come back if I could not work with them and she would fix. I called and went back one week later for a fix…where she charged me $10.00! I would not recommend and will not return.
