Very Disappointed Bridal Party!! The owner (Phillip) has zero customer service skills. DO NOT rely on this business to come through for you.My best friend scheduled 4 hair appointments for her bridal party with Candice last weekend. Candice arranged for the owner to come in to help her but he called her that morning and said "something came up" and he won't be able to make it in.
