I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not even a penny pincher who s looking for the cheapest haircut. Why? Because I wouldn t go back there if a hair cut was 5$. First of all, cutting my hair shouldn t be difficult as my hair is short. Yet, the only person who works there found a way to disappoint me.
