Julia (Hair Jewlz) is a miracle worker. She is so good at what she does! I wanted to go from brown to blonde and she made it happen and made it look more beautiful than I could have even imagined. She’s a total pro, so if your unsure of what you want she can guide you in the right direction. She was fun to talk to and her studio was beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know!
