I came here for years because I was forced to and I have never got a good cut from here. Somehow I get cooked every time. Would not recommend.

I’ve been coming to this place for about a year now and always have a great experience. Gaurav is usually my barber and he always does an amazing job with my haircut. He takes his time and makes sure everything looks perfect. Whenever Gaurav is busy, I get my haircut from Shubham and he is also really skilled and professional. I visited this barbershop recently and had a disappointing experience. It was around -3°C outside and very windy, and the door was left open which made the shop extremely cold. When the barber who was cutting my hair politely asked to close the door, a lady staff member started cursing at him and told him to wear more clothes instead. Another employee then joined in and also started yelling in chinese . It created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional environment for both the young barber and the customers. I've been cutting my hair at this place for years, and my opinion on it is mixed. Most staff will cut your hair nicely and according to your instructions and even style it afterwards complimentarily, but there is one lady who does an abysmal job cutting; when she cut my hair she cut it way too short and unevenly, making me end up with an uneven buzz cut, which was nowhere close to what I asked for. Overall, this place is amazing, as long as you can avoid that one barber.
