Pathetic customer service. Language is a huge barrier. You cannot communicate as they don’t even speak broken English. They don’t maintain hygiene. And force you to pay the tip even after bad haircut. Don’t go there and waste your time, money and energy.
This place was extremely disappointing. The person doing haircut was rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. I took my three kids here, and their haircuts were uneven and did not match the pictures I showed. I also paid extra for a fade line, but the line was completely different from the picture. The employee was rough with my child and became aggressive when I asked for small changes. At the end, he even asked for a tip and acted aggressively when I said no. Why would I tip for such poor service? Definitely not coming back.

This place is horrible, I’m not even joking. I went here to get a nice haircut, and I came out looking like a abomination, it was impossible to communicate with the hairdresser due to the language barrier, they were aggressive with me and scratched me with the comb multiple times times. Safe to say I’m absolutely never going back to this place.
