I came to get my daughter’s hair done because my arm broke, but normally I do all her hair care. Ithought i was getting Narda but there were 2 women doing the wash, detangle, then braids. My daughter is tender-headed and I told them that, and also that it was her first time at a salon. Robencia proceeded to detangle her hair and at one point it seemed like she literally pulled a knot out with her hand and dropped it on the floor.
