Hair It Is Beauty Salon- Atlanta, IL – I have never written a review before. Recently moving from Bloomington to Atlanta, I needed a local hair stylist. Commuting to Bloomington for a hair cut is not practical nor cost efficient. I called Hair It Is and was taken aback by the gruff voice on the other end. Regardless, I scheduled an appt.
