Stay away from Pam! Great shop for the 65 and older crowd but it you have long hair and want it layered, FIND SOME PLACE ELSE! I lost 12" of my hair and was left looking like a cocker spaniel with fluffy ears and no layering and it cost me $55.00. Went back and asked to have it fixed the next day. Pam wasn't there and someone else tried to fix it, and couldn't. I went on vacation and came back asking for it to be fixed.
