I should have left within 2 seconds after the stylist noticed me and told me to come on. I knew right then something wasnt right. I didn't enjoy any of my experience at this place. I don't like that she was talking what she'd do to a bird if it landed on her head, even though she was chattering on about it with another stylist who had an experience at the zoo with birds and having them come to her with her holding nectar water for them.. I went to "Hair It Is" hoping to achieve the look that I wished for; I even brought a picture of the models hair that I wanted. They gave anything but what I wanted. I've tried to tell the hairdressers that my hair looks nothing like the models. They simply said if I don't like it I can go to another salon and fix it. When I asked if they can fix it or simply refund me 50% back they said no and was going to charge me if they have to fix it. I have never dealt with such rude people in my life. I had a great experience at Hair It Is. The staff was friendly 15 to 30 yrs experience in the salon. Great prices. Loved my hair. They do a wonderful job. And was most recently voted Catawba Counties FINEST.
