Communication is NOT them This salon has serious communication issues between the owner and the employees. I made an appointment for an eyebrow wax, and when I arrived (on time), the owner said it would be just a few minutes. About 15 minutes later, I asked him about how much longer it'd be He asked a stylist (who was in the middle of another customer) how much longer she'd be. She responded, "She's my customer?!"
