It was excellent service, Zahra did a great job on me love my colour ,, thank you for your great work,, she looked after me and her costume service goes above and beyond
I’ve been going to this salon for six years, mainly out of loyalty and comfort, but today was the final straw. Ever since the one stylist I trusted left due to illness, the quality of service has gone completely downhill. The customer service is atrocious — cold, dismissive, and borderline rude unless you’re part of their own community. If you don’t speak Arabic, expect to be ignored or treated as if you don’t exist. Faye does my hair (cut and color) she’s the BESTT!! Great service and prices. The staff is very friendly too. I highly recommend!
Very bad service
STAY AWAY from this place- the worst hair experience u will have and they are not ashamed to gaslight u about it- rushed service and there are many experienced hairdressers out there u can go to.
