Atmosphere is positive but not inclusive. Treated as a client to get work completed. Younger client asked to have nails fixed and they said it was good enough for hand painting. Will not be back.
DO NOT GO HERE. Anjana absolutely ruined my hair with bleach, toned it 4x until she finally got a decent color, got quoted a different price on the phone and ended up paying double in person. Save your hair and your money!
I've been coming here for years and will continue to. Husband even comes woth for his pedicures. Love the vibe, love the quality of service and adore everyone who works here.
I came in today for a pedicure and specifically told the technician that I needed my toes to match my hands. I chose the closest light pink shade available, but after she applied another coat, it was clearly much darker than what I asked for. I pointed this out to her, and she completely ignored me and continued anyway. I ended up leaving with dark purple toes — the exact opposite of what I wanted. Last week, I was walking around the Georgetown mall as I usually do and decided to pop in and get a pedicure done. This isn't my usual nail salon I go to, but I hadn't gotten one in a while and figured why not. This was the most UNPLEASANT experience I've ever had at a salon. The only thing I can say positively, is that my pedicure is not chipped and still looks fresh. Very disappointed with the service but they do alright work. Not entirely worth the price.
