I had mixed feelings about the salon due to the rude receptionist who is no longer there so I decided to stay because I love how Jenai does my hair. Recently, I tried to book an appointment for color and retwist. I booked with sierra because shes the only one that does color. The staff called me and mentioned that I book the wrong service and told me they would try to see if they can get me in at 10am because the service takes 6 hours.
