Disappointed First-Time Experience – Poor Customer Service I walked into Hair Gods Inc today as a first-time customer, and unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. When I came in, I had no idea where I was supposed to sit or check in. The shop seems to have two separate waiting areas — one for braiding and one for haircuts — but there were no signs, no instructions, and not a single person offered to help or ask what I was there for.
