Paula did an awful job. I walked in with mid butt length hair, wanted a hair cut but to still leave with long hair to my belly button. I walked out with bra strap length hair instead and the most blocky blunt cut I have ever seen. So not only is my years of growth gone but it looks like I cut it at home myself straight out a ponytail. I now have bangs as well when I asked for just face framing pieces/angles. While at the salon I did know it was much shorter than I originally wanted but it's already cut and can't add the hair... read more
