My wife got a hair cut from here , came home with bangs- however she was in tears they were pushed way too far back to her ears and completely uneven. She tried reaching out to the salon multiple times for help. No return calls. Once kitty finally messaged her she just reply's no refund for a good hair cut. My wife days later went to another salon for help and they did it for free because of how botched they were!!!!! So now she swears no more haircuts and will let them grow out. My stylist, Laura, always does a phenomenal job with my baby fine hair. She does a wonderful wash and then razor cut for texture. She is the best.
