Update/response: I added a photo to show this was not the 'little trim' I came in for. Ma'am I appreciate your apology, but the suggestion my nervousness had anything to do with this is upsetting. You hacked a huge section out of the front of one side of my hair! Thankfully I found a good stylist to fix what happened here, but the 'fix' involved me losing a total of FOUR INCHES off my hair... and cost another $80. She is the absolute best hair stylist I have ever had! I have natural red hair and it’s very thick and she did a beautiful cut on it and put in light purple highlights and it looks absolutely stunning 🤩 🤩🤩 I can’t say this enough! I highly recommend Carol at Hair Gallery! She’s the best!!!!! I have never found someone that can dye my natural red hair and it look amazing … Natural red hair is so hard to dye because it doesn’t like to take / hold in the colors and generally you have to bleach it etc. to get it to take!
