Maryann did my grandmothers hair for years. My grandmother trusted Maryann to fix her hair, as she has for years for her funeral service. The job Maryann did was unacceptable. She clearly did not take the time to style my grandmothers hair. It was a messy, half hearted attempt that in no way resembled how my grandmother styled her hair in her life. my grandmother paid good money to receive professional service and to honor her memory.
