Arrived for an appointment and waited at the counter for several minutes before someone shouted to us from across the salon, asking what we needed. I stated we were there for an appointment with Vincent, and we were then told he no longer works there. Ashley was able to fit me in for an updo on short notice, even though she doesn't typically work on Saturdays. She did such an incredible job and gave me plenty of tips on how to style my hair and apply makeup. I looked absolutely stunning for the event and I've never gotten so many compliments! I really wish I lived in the area because I know I'll never find anyone as personable, knowledgeable, and skilled as her.

With all of the controversy involving that one salon in town with the anti-trans and nonbinary owner lately, people are probably wondering what salon to give their business to instead. If you want a good, inclusive queer-owned salon, this is definitely the place to go. Mark, the owner has been a great family friend and is probably the nicest person you met. If you have hair, he and his staff with take you and make you feel special. Not to mention it has the most amazing punny name for a hair salon ever.
