Great job
Maybe they do an okay job, but communication is lacking. I’ve called, left voicemails, and sent messages, but nobody has reached back out. Unfortunate because it would be nice to get a haircut in Crosby.
I went to Kristen for a couple years and had great service. My last appointment was cancelled by Kristen due to a migraine. When I messaged her about rescheduling, I got no response. I have messaged twice to reschedule with zero response. Very unprofessional.
