Very disappointed, i made an appointment with a certain stylist (Nakeisha)to get my birthday braids. When i got there i was told she wouldn't be in for the day.i was devastated because on making the appointment i wasn't told she wouldn't be there that day. The lady that did my hair tried, but that's not what i wanted. The whole situation was very unprofessional.
Called in today without an appointment. I'm over from the UK and needed a good hair cut. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I waited little time. Stylist did exactly what I asked for. It's a pity I don't live this side as this salon would become my regular salon. Thank you.
